A Special Conference of the PFA NT Branch was held on Friday 13 November 2015 to amend the PFA NT Branch Rules.
This amendment was required to allow for four year terms of office for Branch Executive members, two year terms of office for Zone Branch Officials (Regional Delegates) and to remove doubt that Zone Branch Officials are not officers for the purpose of section 9 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 (the Act).
