relevant, quality services

- Improve face to face engagement
- Education of 'who's who' delegates
- Re engage non-members (valid data)
2. Effective engagement through targeted
communication
- Identify key stakeholders
- Develop a targeted Comms strategy for all
stakeholders
- Explore communication options, use evidence
base, cost/benefit, determine appropriate strategy
- Proactive communications
- Education of Executive on tools, strategies,
analytics
3. Maintain financial stability
- Identify comfortable cash revenue ($2M)
- Seek external advice
- Implement strategies to maintain or grow
- Identify and prioritise expenditure in line
with strategic goals
- Review financial policy and low risk

- Explore alternate income streams
